Your contact information that you give us in the registration
forms is stored securely in the database that controls news server access
and in databases of our billing companies. This information is used for
access control, billing purposes and to get in touch with you if necessary.
We do not trade it with third parties.
We don't have access to your credit card details. All transactions
are processed by major international billing companies that do billing
for us.
We do not log any downloading activity and we don't review
or censor contents of the newsgroups.
As required by the law, we will cooperate with law enforcement
officials in the legitimate investigation of suspicious activities.

By signing up with the Provider, you agree to abide by the following terms.

Controversial and Copyrighted Material
We cannot be and are not responsible for the contents of
any of your communications through the Provider. We do not permit the
posting of illegal or copyrighted material through our news servers. Anyone
found attempting to post such material will have their account terminated.
Privacy and Security
Intentional violations of the privacy of other users,
whether on our system or at another site, will be grounds for immediate
termination of your account and may lead to criminal prosecution or civil
penalties.
Account Usage
The Provider's accounts are single-user accounts. This
means that only one login from your account is allowed at a time, and
the owner of the account (or their immediate family) is the only person
allowed to use that account.
In addition to our usage policies, we also have rules prohibiting
the repeated posting of inappropriate articles and advertising articles
("spamming") from a user account. Violation of the usage policies
or rules may result in the termination of your user account.
Billing and Settlement
Services will be billed in advance. Your one month and
three month membership accounts will automatically be renewed at the end
of each service period, repeating the length of the previous service period,
unless you specify otherwise.
Payment
We will attempt to charge your credit card for any balance
on your account. If the second charge attempt for an invoice fails, service
will be suspended. Service will be resumed when you re-sign up through
our join pages.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be entered in five (5) days prior to
the next service period for them to take effect before that billing period.
Cancellations submitted less than five (5) days prior to the next billing
period will take effect after the following billing period. The Provider
does not prorate service. Your service, and thus your billing, is in whole
month increments.
Refunds
No refunds will be given under any circumstances, including
prepaid accounts or accounts deleted for violation of our Terms of Use.
Indemnify and Hold Harmless
You are responsible for all actions that occur in regards
to your account. As a condition of service, you agree to indemnify and
hold harmless the Provider, its officers, employees, agents, and shareholders,
for any cause of action out of your account or your use of the service.
Termination of Service
The Provider reserves the right to terminate or refuse
service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. The policies contained
within may change at any time without notice.
